Stand By Service

What would happen if your or a relative were rushed into hospital or you are suddenly called away on business?

Who would care for the pets? We know this is a real issue for families and so our unique ‘Stand By Service’ means that should you face such an emergency, the pets will already be registered with us and have a tailored care plan and access secured with us, so we can step in to help straight away.

We can make pet ownership possible for everyone! Many people decide that they couldn’t have a pet because of what could happen in an emergency, they would have no-one to turn to. That is not the case with out ‘Standby Service’ which can give confidence to anyone looking to become a pet owner. We offer low-cost stand-by care that matters - when your need it most!

Saying Goodbye

We will be there to support you when you have to say goodbye and can arrange everything you need, from your home or a vet’s.

  • Devastating - Only a pet owner knows how devastating the loss of a loved family pet friend can be – we have been there too.
So whether your pet passes away at home or with a vet, we know what to do and can offer you a range of services to help you with the next steps, including cremation services to fit your budget.

  • Making the decision - We also offer experienced Bereavement support to owners, to help you through this most difficult time.
Often we are called upon to make extremely difficult decisions about our pet’s life and health. Many people feel they need to talk this through before deciding and normal vet appointments often don’t give time to consider this. We can help you through this first step decision.

  • Bereavement Support from an experienced counsellor - Whether you have to make that final decision or you lose your pet in another way – we can provide bereavement support. This is a free service to registered users and for a small fee to others.
