Qualified and Tailored Care - For All Of Your Pets!

Colin - Director:  “As Dad of three boys -  we always had pets - from the usual dogs and cats, to a chinchilla,  various small animals, fish and birds. Even today with them all grown up, our extended family keeps up our pet activities - with chickens and other pets. Like most families, dogs and cats have always featured large in our family life as they do today – like our youngster Jack the black Lab, but we have always looked after other family and friends’ animals too.

That’s why when I retired from being the Commercial Director of a charity, I studied and qualified Rural Certificate offered by the National Association of Pet Carers (NAPCS) including First Aid for Dogs and Cats, to give me the skills to ensure your pet is cared for - as I would want Jack to be cared for.

The training covered all aspects of care. I have also taken a qualification in the Safe Transportation of Pets and have a specially adapted air conditioned, safe van – converted to Police Dog standards. Our Grandchildren call it ‘the Pet-Mobile’.  I understand how much love we have for our pets, they are so precious and so they deserve tailored care – the sort of care we would want for our own pets – the care I would want for Jack.”

Sheila - Director: “Animals have always been part of my life. As a farmer’s daughter I was surrounded by all kinds of farm animals – Cows, sheep, goats, chickens, rabbits etc and that countryside life naturally led to caring for a wide variety of pets – from the usual dogs and cats to ferrets and many more over the years. My Mother had worked alongside a famous TV Vet before marrying and people say I have inherited her natural way with animals.

As a Mum and now active Grandma - I get it that many families have a multiple pets – so if we care for your cat when you are at work or holidays – we can add care for your other pets too – job done! As a family we know the challenges of caring for a pet, as our parents and relatives get older and need some help.

We also know that sometimes people can be rushed into hospital and who will care for their pet then, is a real strain on families. That’s why we offer the unique ‘Stand By’ Service –we try to be there when you need us most ”

“Pets are very precious - for us and for you – together we can give them a great life and give you the support you need to live your life, knowing they are safe and well”.

That’s what we offer.  A tailored and personalised, secure care – in your home or in our homes – it is your choice and whatever suits your pet and your lifestyle.

A service you can count on, from professionally qualified and licenced pet people

– Our mission is to care and cuddle!

Qualifications, Registration Documents and Code of Conduct

We are not a faceless franchise; we are family owned and run independently. We do not walk masses of dogs together to earn more profit, we never use unlicenced host homes and all team members are DBS checked and character referenced, every property has also been inspected and risk assessed.

We are appalled to see the behaviour of some walkers and pet carers putting, animals at risk – that’s how they keep costs down. But what price is the heartbreak of an injured, escaped or stolen pet. We will always put your pet before profit.
