★ We come to you – Many people need a great home-based service they can rely on, to visit their home and ensure their pet is fine while at work. Our 15mins ‘Pet Pop-Ins’ do just that or choose a 30min ‘Pet Welfare’ visit. We can feed and fuss your cat, feed, let out and play with your dog. Welfare check your caged pets. We would love to do a doggy ‘round the block’ walk or something longer. Do your Chickens need to be checked or your Rabbit refreshed – we can carry out the pop in services daily or as needed. Some pets don’t need an everyday visit but if you were away overnight or a few days – may be a less frequent visit to feed and cherish your Chinchilla or provide a housekeeper for your Hamster or a buddy for your Budgie

★ Post Visit Updates – if requested, we can send a post-visit message to you to let you know they are fine.

★ Holiday/away for a few days or an extra-long day – Call us to arrange an experienced DBS checked and character referenced pet sitter to be with your animals at home. Many prefer this for puppies, and older animals who are set in their ways Choose from 4 or 8 hours sessions during the day, through to overnight stays in your home.

★ Pet Taxi for Appointments – Like Groomers or Vets, can be tough to find at weekends and not everyone can safely transport a pet. We can collect and return your pet and you can even video chat with the vet.

★ Special Occasion Service – Getting married and want your pet to be involved? We will safely deliver and care for your pet, while they walk down the aisle with you and/or while pictures are taken etc. When the time is right, we will return them safely to your home.

★ Looking for doggie day-care – regular or occasional, maybe you need overnight boarding or you are off on holiday? We can often help to safely care for your dog or caged pets. Sorry, we don’t offer day care in our homes or boarding for cats - but we can offer home visiting and sitting services in your home (click here for more info).

★ Feel Confident - You will always be able to visit the host who is offering this service in their home and they will be licenced to carry out this service and have dog first aid training. If we would not leave our precious dog in their care – they don’t join our team. Our host homes also have a full risk assessment to ensure safety and security and all carry pet first aid kits and practice infection control methodologies.

★ Dogs and Caged Pet Day Care – You can choose to drop off and collect personally or our safe ’Pet-mobile’ (as our grandchildren call it) – our Pet Taxi, can collect and return for a separate fee.

★ Dogs and Caged Pet Day Holidays - For longer pet holidays we can collect and return from anywhere in the Central England Region and all the standards as shown above for animal day-care are observed.

★ Our Pet Taxi and Ambulance (the Pet-mobile) – We can collect your pet to go for vet checks, treatment, grooming when you are moving house etc. We often use this vehicle for longer dog walks, but if not, we discuss how you want your pet secured and transported and full risk assessments are carried out.

★ Pet Breeders and Pet Charities – Can also use our services to take animals to their ‘forever home’.

★ Our vehicle is registered with DEFRA – To carry your pets safely, it is adapted to Police Dog standards and is fully air vented, so we can extract stale air and pull in the fresh air - for the optimum welfare of your pets. Between every use, the vehicle is disinfected to support optimum infection control and even in transit, we carry a pet first aid kits. In emergencies, we can help 24hrs a day.

★ Stand By Service – What would happen if your or a relative were rushed into hospital or you are suddenly called away on business – who would care for the pets? If your home is flooded or there is a family crisis, we know this is a real issue for families. Our unique ‘Stand By Service’ means that should you face such an emergency, the pets will already be registered with us and have a tailored care plan and access secured with us, so we can step in to help.

We can make pet ownership possible as many people decide they can’t have a pet, because of what would happen in an emergency. Our ‘Standby Service’ gives them to confidence to become a pet owner. Low-cost stand-by care that matters - when your need it most.
